INGREDIENTS: quantity - 22 pieces
Flour - 280 grams;
Butter - 120 grams;
Sugar - 150 grams;
Chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
Cocoa powder (alkalized) - 40 grams;
Walnuts (ground) - 50 grams;
Soda - 1/3 tsp;
A pinch of salt.
COOKING:
1. Beat soft butter with sugar until creamy.
2. Add chicken eggs one at a time, continuing to beat after each.
3. Add sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Knead the dough without lumps.
4. Add chopped nuts and mix well.
5. Form the dough into balls the size of a walnut or 32-34 grams.
6. Spread the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment at a distance from each other.
7. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
