I LIVED IN THE MOST ISOLATED MONASTERY IN THE HIMALAYAS
I arrived in the heart of the Himalayas to live an experience few in the world have had: living with the monks of the Phuktal Monastery, one of the most remote and spiritual places on the planet.
To reach them, I walked for days through snow-capped mountains, slept in forgotten villages, and crossed frozen rivers. Once there, I lived like them: I ate, slept, and meditated with those who have chosen silence and spirituality as their only path.
