After a 17-year gap between DJ Stylewarz's first and second albums, his third album, "Mein Weg" (My Way), arrives relatively quickly after a three-year hiatus. Niko BACKSPIN walked with him through his hometown of Bremerhaven in the pouring rain to talk about the album and "his journey." Stylewarz recounts his beginnings and growing up in Bremerhaven, as well as his evolution to the present day. He also discusses his self-perception regarding his music, egos, and generational conflicts within rap.
