Go Open Source: Sumatra PDF Reader
Sumatra PDF is an open source PDF reader that can replace the bloated Adobe Reader. It is very lean and does not install any unnecessary items. The installed size is 1.4mb. By comparison, Adobe Reader is over 200mb plus the additional components.
