ESXI 8 UEFI Workaround on Older HP Business Desktops (Z220, Z230, Compaq Elite 8300)
This is for after you have installed ESXI 8.0 using allowLegacyCPU=true to let you continue into the installer. Only the option for legacy boot appears in BIOS, and it does not boot due to running out of memory. I have disabled legacy boot in BIOS but the option for ESXI does not appear in the boot selector.
If you use this method you will not be able to upgrade ESXI without receiving an error about a missing boot partition.
