In the stress of lock-down, it is a better time than ever to give mindfulness art a go and try doing some drawing for the soul!
This is more of a methodical approach - I talk a bit about what to look for when you start drawing and give you some things to think about - rather than just demonstrating which lines to draw. I think it is important to be able to feel a sense of success in as many of your drawings as possible in order to keep motivation high in the beginning. Hence, my focus here is on how to make your drawing recognisable.
