This video shows the working EPS pre-expander machine with a chamber diameter of 1100mm, the machine is automatically working to expand EPS beads. From screw conveyor, feeding, expansion to drying bed, then silos, all the process is automatically and vividly presented on the screen. The expander is suitable for the expansion of EPS material density from 8g/l to 40g/l as requested.
