If you are unable to download a video from Google Drive application to your phone then let us see what to do. Now the first thing that you need in order to download video from Google Drive is you should have good internet connection in your device. So try to open any website or try to open any YouTube video to check if there is internet connection in your device or not. But suppose if there is a problem with Internet connection then what you do is restart your phone. Also restart the Wi-Fi router. Sometimes restarting your phone and Wi-Fi router fixes the issue. The other thing that you can do is you can go to "settings". Scroll down and go to this option "General Management". Go to "Reset". Select this option "Reset Network settings" and once you reset settings what happens is all the settings related to Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth will be reset. That means you have to enter the password of the Wi-Fi again. If you have Bluetooth devices connected to your phone you have to reconnect them again. So once you reset network settings check if the internet connection that was in your mobile is showed or not. Now the other thing that you have to check is you have to see how much of a space is left in your phone. You should have space to download video from Google Drive. So go to "settings". Scroll down and go to this option "Device" here. Go to this option "storage" and if you see here out of 64 gigabyte, I have used 45.9. I still have 18.1 gigabyte left. Similarly you should also have space. If not delete any unnecessary files such as videos, music or photos and make space free in your device. Now the other thing that you have to check is you have to go to this "settings" application. You have to go to "Apps". We will scroll down and we will look for "Drive". So this is Google Drive. Open it. Then you have to go to "storage". Select "clear cache", "clear data". Okay. So what we have done here is we have cleared the cache files and data for Google Drive application. Similarly go back and go to this option "Permissions" and make sure that you have allowed Google drive to use storage that is present in your phone. If you don't allow Google drive to use the storage then you cannot download the file to your phone. So once you do these things then you should be able to download a video from Google Drive application.
