I'm just going to show you guys a quick update about another feature of the Ring Spotlight Cam mount version that I've been trying to make it to work so that I can show you guys...at this time though, it is not working and Ring and I have been going back and forth trying to solve this issue.

If you have the mount version of the Spotlight Cam, in the manual, if you flip to "Advanced Installation Options", you will see that you can wire the Spotlight Cam to be able to control auxiliary lighting. The third "red" wire from the Spotlight Cam can be wired to a light source which the camera will be able to control the on or off just like the camera's built in spotlights. So, if you need extra light which with the spotlight, the brighter the better anyways, then there is this option.
