Enabling AMD Smart Access Memory or Resizable BAR does lead to better FPS -- Part 5
It works!!! Resizable BAR or Smart Access Memory works. Why it took 13 years for AMD to remember they requested it to be part of the PCI-E standard.... I can't say, but it's here and you should enable it if you have a 5000 Series CPU and 6000 Series GPU. Intel, AMD, and Nvidia are all pursuing this as well. So soon, we'll all get these gains.
