My dad has seen me eating vegan for a year now and has made many mentions to me about how he would like to try to replace his meals with vegan alternatives. His problem is that he can't have the vegan replacement meals be more expensive, it can't take more time OR require any equipment. So today, I went down to the shop and made my dad a tofurky vegan lunch sandwhich to replace his turkey burger he usually has!
