Clash Royale: Fully Upgraded Level 15 Mortar and Full Mastery Level 10. In Clash Royale, cards can be upgraded to level 15 max, which makes them become Elite cards. In addition, if you use a card and meet milestones in attacks or other criteria, you earn mastery points. A fully mastered card will have a special trophy image for you to place in a trophy case. Video shows the Mortar in Clash Royale that has been fully upgraded (including evolution and cosmetic) so it has the Elite symbol below it, and it has a special trophy image for the trophy case showing you have fully mastered the card at level 10.
