Solving persistent black mould in a house
I carried out a specialist damp and mould survey on this house.
The tenants had reported constant problems with black mould in one bedroom even though the rest of the house was kept in great condition.
They didn’t seem to be doing anything wrong yet the black mould kept on coming.
The cause was a cold spot due to a design feature of the house…
