This video will guide you through setting up the best build in the game, it even includes the newly changed perk cards.
As with any build you'll need to personalize it, don't feel like you absolutely must do all of the things that I show and recommend. You can also use this video to set up any other alternative Bloodied build, as it can act as a solid foundation.
