INGREDIENTS:
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz gin
HARDWARE
coupe glass
ice
water
towel
juice squeezer thingie
shaker cup system
julep strainer
fine strainer
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour ice and water into your coupe glass and set aside to chill.
2. Pour the lime juice, simple syrup, and gin into a shaker cup.
3. Add ice, cover, and shake for 20 seconds.
4. Empty out the coupe glass and shake any excess water off.
5. Double strain the cocktail into the coupe glass.
6. Garnish with a lime wheel.
7. Serve and enjoy responsibly!
