Global Game Jam 2018 - GigaBlast
Gigablast is a VR game experience created by team members at Monster Vault Entertainment for the Global Game Jam. You play as a Soviet turnip farmer on his first day inside a spaceship. Your job is to combine and breakdown crystals to match the corresponding shield colors around the planet. If the generator is working you can fire the laser. If the generator is broken you must resolve the issue.
Due to the hard work of our team we pushed through the weekend and created a well received game from players and judges. There were several teams in the competition working hard at UAT in Tempe Arizona, creating amazing games. Amazingly we won best overall for the local judging, even with how many great games that were produced during this Global Game Jam. Everyone did an amazing job and was an absolute blast.
