Clear Recent Files or projects in Adobe Premiere CC 2019
To delete a project's media files:
Open the project.
In the Tasks panel, click Edit and then click Project.
Select one or more files.
Press Ctrl+Delete.
In the confirmation dialog box, select the option Delete Media File(s) From Disk.
Click OK.
