In the construction area of chapter 14, you need to interact with the crane, which will trigger a short cutscene. After the cutscene, you have to throw some grenades at the wall and wait for the wrecking ball to do the final hit. Two heavy grenades should be enough to destroy the wall, and you can complete this section in under a minute using this method.
