Microsoft Sway | Build Interactive & How To Presentations!
A lightweight version of PowerPoint, Microsoft Sway is a cloud-only storytelling application that enables you to create business and how-to presentations, newsletters, and more. Microsoft Sway presentations can be shared and viewed on just about any screen, making them a great option for a company-wide or customer-facing interactive resource.
During this session, we will build an interactive how-to document that could be used as an employee or customer training resource. This is just one of the ways you can use Microsoft Sway in your organization – as always, we’re happy to answer questions about other options!
We will demonstrate:
-The basics of building a Sway
-How to create a Sway from a Microsoft Word document
-How to embed other Microsoft 365 resources such as Forms, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
-How to share & embed Sways throughout your organization
