Bear Naked Granola asked me to be more like my plants and #HikeBearNaked, so I lost all my clothes and took to the trail. I honestly had no idea that naked hiking was so popular, but I can certainly see the appeal 🍑
That said, finding the right trails for plants and naked-friendly hikes can be a challenge, but fortunately I had the Gaia GPS app to help me out. Not only was I able to discover new trails, but I could label which were best for hiking au naturale 🌻
It was such a freeing experience connecting with nature in my most natural form, and hopefully some of you are inspired to get out on a naked hike yourself 😉
