Make a Custom Contact Form for Website | Submits & Send to Email [HOW TO]
In this tutorial, I will show you how to make and create a custom contact form. When someone submits their information, the data will be sent to your email. For example, if you want to put a contact form on your website that asks for their name, phone number, and zip code, or any other piece of information, then listen up, because I will show you how to add one to your website.
For this example, I will be using my domain. As you can see, the only content, I have on this page is, HEY. However, By the end of this tutorial, my page will have a fully functional email form.
To get started, go to form to email.com. The link will be in the description. Then click Sign up, and then under the column, that says free, click sign up again. I already created an account, so I wont be doing this. Then fill in all the necessary information, to create an account, once you are done, click sign up now. Then you will receive an email, containing a link to verify your email address, and complete the registration process. After opening the link, your registration is done, and you can log in now.
Once you are logged in, go to the my forms tab.
The first step is to configure your form. So click edit configuration. Under description, describe what kind of form this is going to be. Under to email, type the email address that the contents of your form will be sent to. Under subject, type the subject of the email that you will get. For example, data from contact form. You can keep the continue link blank. Click Save All Changes.
Now step two, the HTML sample form code. Click sample form code. Then decide what contact form you will be using. In this example, I will be using the basic contact form. Simply, just copy the code they give you, and paste it where you want it to be placed, in your HTML document.
Finally, publish your website, and give it a try.
