Recipe For ZEBRA CAKE
eggs 3
white sugar 200 g
yogurt 220 g
oil 200 ml
baking powder 10 g
vanilla extract 1 tbsp
cocoa powder 14 g
white flour 280 g
Take a large bowl, add eggs and sugar. Whisk until creamy pale color mixture is formed. Now add vanilla, oil, yogurt and mix well. Now add white flour until thick runny mixture is formed. Now add baking powder and mix it again.
Take another bowl. Now divide the mixture into two bowls equally. Add cocoa powder in one of them and combine nicely .
Preheat the oven at 175 C. Take your baking pan, with the help of spoon add one spoon vanilla mixture in the pan. Now add one spoon of choco mixture. Repeat the process until the prepared mixture is finished. With the help of toothpick, place it in the middle of the mixture in baking pan. Draw straight lines as shown in the video.
Place the baking pan in oven for 25-30 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Take it out. Cool it. Serve it with tea or coffee.
