In the summer of 2024, Said Nasser from the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo was awarded the RAVE Scholarship by the ifa – Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (https://www.ifa.de/en/funding/rave-stipend.... During his three-month fellowship at the Egyptian Museum and Papyrus Collection in Berlin, Said designed a series of creative, public-focused activities tailored for the Egyptian community in the city.
His mission? To connect Egyptians living in Berlin with the rich Egyptian collection on Museum Island by drawing unexpected parallels between their modern-day experiences and ancient Egyptian professions.
