Cowsay alongside Fortune randomly quotes terminal — Archived
cowsay is a program that generates ASCII pictures of a cow with a message, while fortune is a program that displays a pseudorandom message from a database of quotations.
Cowsay alongside Fortune to make a random quote every time you open your terminal to
defuse project tensions and make fun using it.
How to install Cowsay and Fortune?
1. Open your terminal
2. sudo dnf install cowsay fortune-mod
3. vi .zshrc or vi .bashrc
4. at the beginning of file write 'fortune | cowsay'
5. Change Cow by Tux or others by adding -f tux (more in the next video)
