Song Lyric: 👇👇👇
(Title: He Chose The Cross)
Verse 1
In the garden, silence filled the night,
A kiss of betrayal came into sight.
Judas arrived with soldiers in line,
But Jesus was calm, gave not a sign.
Chorus
He chose the cross, embraced the pain,
Let His blood fall like rain.
For us, the lost and the strayed,
He showed the way through love displayed.
Verse 2
Swords were drawn, and fear took hold,
But the Lord said, “Love is the gold.”
He healed the wound with gentle grace,
And stopped the violence in that place.
Chorus
He chose the cross, embraced the pain,
Let His blood fall like rain.
For us, the lost and the strayed,
He showed the way through love displayed.
Verse 3
Before Pilate, He stood accused,
Though innocent, He was abused.
The crowd cried out, “Let Barabbas go!”
And the Messiah bore every blow.
Bridge
He could’ve called angels from above,
But chose the silence, chose the love.
He became the sacrifice so grand,
A priceless gift from heaven’s hand.
Final Chorus
He chose the cross, embraced the pain,
Let His blood fall like rain.
For us, the lost and the strayed,
He showed the way through love displayed.
Outro
In His silence, justice spoke,
In His mercy, love awoke.
He chose the cross, gave us the light,
To lead us out of darkest night.
(Repeat Chorus and Outro
