Today in this video you will learn about How to Create/Update a Network Status in WHMCS.
So if you are planning on performing maintenance on the server you are hosting your clients on, WHMCS allows you to display a Network Status page. This helps to notify your clients of the maintenance and provides insight into the progress/completion of the maintenance as well. In this guide, you can learn how to create a Network Status page using WHMCS.
Create/Update Network Status
Log into WHMCS..
Hover over the Support tab then click Network Issues.
Click the Create New link.
Enter the applicable details of the issue.
Click on the Save Changes button.
Now that you are familiar with how to create a Network Status, you will be able to provide your client’s with more details on the status of your server.
