Have an issue with shipping rates on Shopify? Let's troubleshoot each thing that is a reason why the Shipping rates & Delivery date APP is not working.
1: Check if your store has enabled CCS(Custom Calculated Shipping)
2: Check Shopify's shipping that APP's rate exists.
3: Please make sure APP's status(in the setting), zone, and rates are enabled.
4: Check the Rate's condition.
5: While testing at checkout, Please go back to customer information and change anyting, and continue to shipping, Not just reload the shipping page!
