🙌 LEARN THE BEST OF PIKTOCHART! 🙌 | In this video tutorial we will walk you through creating a cool mirror image effect in Piktochart so that you can amplify your message or concept using nothing else other than a single photo and a quote.

➡️ To try this in action, create a free account for Piktochart here: https://create.piktochart.com/

Piktochart is an all-in-one graphic design platform that enables business professionals to create infographics, presentations, reports, and printables online, without any graphic design experience.

Stories are best told visually. But in order to bring the right message across, a little inventiveness is required. Photographs are an incredible storytelling tool and coupled with the right message, you don’t really need much else. Here’s how you can use the same photograph to visualize your concept:

STEP 1: Add your image
Go to “Graphics” - “Photos”. From here, upload your own image or choose from a vast collection of stunning photos (royalty-free!).

STEP 2: Duplicate it
Click on your image, then copy and paste it onto your canvas.

STEP 3: Flip it
Head to the top toolbar and click on the icon “Flip left/right” to flip it horizontally. You can also use “Flip-top/bottom” to flip your image vertically.

STEP 4: Align your images
Select both images using SHIFT key, hop over to the “Alignment” section in the top toolbar and click on “Align vertically”.

STEP 5: Group them
Move the images closer together so that they make one. Then, select both and click on the “Group” icon in the top toolbar so that your images act like one object from now on.

STEP 6: Scale them up
Holding down the SHIFT key, enlarge your image to fit it to your canvas. You can repeat the action from STEP 4 to align your image again vertically or horizontally.

STEP 7: Add your text
Head over to “Text” in the left panel, add a text paragraph and paste or type your desired quote.

And there you have it. Hope you found it useful! We’d love to hear what you think in the comments below ⬇️.
