#72/100: Ops on separate qubits: order doesn't matter || Quantum Computer Prog. in 100 Easy Lessons
In this lesson we illustrate the fact that if Alice has some qubits A1, A2, ... and Bob has some qubits B1, B2, ... and Alice does some operations (unitaries or measurements) to her qubits and Bob does some operations to his qubits, then it's the same if Alice acts first then Bob; or if Bob acts first then Alice.
