To create a public Session, complete the following steps:

Open the ENGAGE app and log in using your email or username and password. Dont forget to select “Remember me” so you don’t have to enter your credentials each time you use the app on your device. On the main menu, select Start Session. Choose a Location where you’d like the session to begin. You can change the location as many times as you like from within the session afterwards.

Select session "With others"
Enter a Session Name. This name appears on the Join Session page. You can also enter a password for your session. If you do, all users are able to see the Session, but only users who know the password can join it.
You can set the maximum number of users that you want to be able to join the session. You are counted as one of the users.
If you are a member of multiple groups, from the "Owned by" list, select the group that you want to own the session. This choice may affect who can join and what content, such as IFX, you can load, depending on the group's settings.
You can choose to make the session publicly listed or restrict visibility so that it is only visible to members of the group selected in the "Owned by" list.
You can also make the session unlisted and only share the unique session id that will be created once the session is open. Users will be able to join you via «Join session by ID» option. Select Start.

Once the session is open, in your menu, you can find the unique session ID that was auto-generated. Open the menu, in the upper-right corner of the People page, select Invite. The Session ID is displayed. If the session uses a password, that will also be displayed. You can select the copy icon next to either the Session ID or the password to copy them individually. Alternatively, select Copy Invite to copy both the Session ID and any password to your clipboard. Share the Session ID with the users you want to join, and they can do so via the Join session by ID option.
