merge of new 1.51 german content with ours.

Harz area refreshed (updated some roads and buildings)
Notice: to play version 1.6, all map DLCs except West Balkansare needed.👈
Modifying Buffer Page Size – recommended 👈
STEP 1: go to Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 and open the config.cfg file 👈
STEP 2: find the line of “uset r_buffer_page_size” 👈
STEP 3: change the value of “uset r_buffer_page_size” from “10” to “20” 👈
STEP 4: save and close the file 👈
