Nitrous explosion. FASS Diesel Nationals Indy June 6 2010
Elite Diesel's F250 6.4L diesel blows the intercooler apart after the nitrous controller failed. The truck started back up and drove off under it's own power. The top of the intercooler was blown apart along with a couple of boots on the intercooler pipe. A brass fitting on top of the intercooler tube blew apart and left a small dent in the hood.
