3D printed flash drive storage case with lid for SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB Type-C
Another custom designed 3D printed item I have made. Took three tries but it turned out nice. Honestly rev 2 would have worked but I figured why not dial it in a little more.

Notes:
I made these for the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB A C flash drives. The cases will hold up to 3 of them total. Opening for drives is 46 x 13.5 mm and 9 mm deep. External dimensions is 56 mm square and 15 mm tall for rev 2 and 3.
I uploaded all 3 revisions as they all worked. Rev 3 is the best revision of the 3. Notes:
Rev 1: The top was too weak to hold the lid in place and had no detent to help the lid from sliding around. (Box is 52MM square)
Rev 2: Widened the box so the top grooves for the lid wouldn't break off. Made the spot to open the lid bigger. Added detent to help the lid lock in place. Made bump a little too big and requires a little sanding
Rev 3: Moved the spot to open the lid further back for better ergonomics. I found the thumb over the middle felt better than trying to catch the edge of the box. Made the detent shorter so no sanding is necessary.
