SoundCloud shutting down in 24 hours!
Time is something that SoundCloud appears to be running out of, though fans of the platform got a little glimpse of hope a few weeks back when Chicago recording artist Chance The Rapper came out of the wood works saying this on twitter "I'm working on the SoundCloud thing." However it appears the problem within the platform was too big for even someone as massive as Chance The Rapper.

Tomorrow is the last day that the platform could potentially be stable, the remaining investors face some tough choices tomorrow (Friday August 11th) as they decide to keep the platform floating or let it sink.
With an asking price of an additional $170 million United States dollars the odds aren't stacking in favor of the streaming service. The long term users of SoundCloud are probably devastated at this news, and the long term investors even more so.

Provided you didn't back your files up ahead of time this could be complete and utter chaos for your beloved projects, so if you haven't already I would head over to the streaming platform and download all of your tracks one by one and store them into your google drive or various other cloud services just in case something devastating happens
