How to get to archived emails in gmail
Accessing archived emails in Gmail is simple and can help you find messages that are no longer in your inbox but haven’t been deleted. To start, open Gmail and log into your account. On the left-hand side, you’ll see a list of folders and labels. If you don’t see the "All Mail" label right away, you may need to click "More" to expand the menu.
Click on the *All Mail* label, which contains all your emails, including those that have been archived. In this section, you’ll find both emails that are in your inbox and those that have been archived. Archived emails will not be listed in your inbox but will be present in this folder.
You can also use the search bar at the top of the Gmail page to find specific archived emails. Simply enter keywords, email addresses, or other search criteria, and Gmail will display results from all your emails, including those that are archived.
To keep your inbox organized, Gmail automatically removes emails from the inbox when they are archived, but they remain easily accessible in the *All Mail* folder. If you want to move an archived email back to the inbox, simply open the email and click the “Move to Inbox” button.
