Convert Any Low Resolution Image into High Resolution Image in Photoshop
There is a hidden trick you can use if you are using photoshop cc version. To enable this option you have to go Edit then Preferences then Technology Previews and Enable Preserve Details 2.0 Upscale.
Now Just Go to Image then Image Size and Resize the image as desired by putting pixels values. And choose Preserve Details 2.0 adjust the percentage of Noise then click OK. And Finally You are done!!
