in this video i go over making a beat by sampling in fl studio 12 . i found this really cool sample on splice and decided to flip it into a chill beat. i really think this beat is chill / vibey and at the same time has a lot of energy . if you are looking at how to sample or how to make a chill beat and your already a little advanced you may take away one or two things , my main tipp for you would be to layer multiple samples over each other and also play a melody over your samples
