Tried and true classic magdk setup still works wonders
No voice for this one unfortunately so I'll do a couple explanations here
Also, make sure your off-hand enchant is flame or poison enchants. I never changed mine lol. As for backbar I like weapon damage enchant.
Fast ult gen via Major Heroism from Daedric Trickery.
Pen - 9100 from light armor and weapons/traits. Another 6k from major breach. So more like 15k pen. Infinite penetration when you pop corrosive.
As for the weapon dam at the ennd, that's not entirely accurate since in my house I don't have continuous attack buff. Weapon dam is higher than what is shown, the build editor link in the comments will show everything
