Best & Worst FREE drawing apps ranked for PC
I decided to test out every free drawing app I could find and rate it based on my FIRST IMPRESSIONS how good it would be for a person starting out with digital art. Some of them were great, but others... not so much.
I personally use a paid app called Clip Studio Paint

MS Paint does not have layers in Windows 10 (layers was added in a Windows 11 update).
