lions mane Nudibranchs from a couple years ago at breakwater Monterey calif.
these were about 30-40ft down in only one small spot.
these are mating and laying eggs. the little "dress" shaped things in the vid are egg pods.
they do this once a year but its special to see them all so shallow and just in one small area.
I was very lucky to get this footage.
they persisted there for about 4 weeks and then dwindled out.
