How to Find and Replace in PDF-XChange Editor 🎯

💡 To find and replace text in PDF-XChange Editor, initiate the process by navigating to the "Home" tab and selecting the "Find" tool, or use the `Ctrl+F` shortcut. This opens the search pane, typically on the right. In the "Find what:" field, enter the text you wish to locate. To access replacement options, click the small "Expand" arrow next to the search field, which reveals the "Replace with:" field. Here, type your desired new text. You can fine-tune your search using checkboxes for "Match case" (for case-sensitive searches) or "Whole words only." For advanced patterns, "Use regular expressions" is also available. After defining your search and replacement terms, use "Find Next" to locate instances individually, then "Replace" to change them one by one, or click "Replace All" to instantly update every occurrence throughout your PDF document. This streamlined functionality ensures quick and precise text modifications.
