Today in this video we will learn how to install and configure Java JDK 18.0.2 on Windows 10 released on July 2022, starting with download Java JDK 18.0.2 having inbuild JRE, then install on Windows 10. Then we will see how to set the JDK path & JAVA_HOME under the Environment Variables section on Windows 10. After this we will run sample Java program to verify installation.
Step 1: How to Download Java 18.0.2
Click on the URL: https://www.oracle.com/java/technolog...
Select Operating System tab as windows.
Find and click on the x64 Installer of JDK, download link right for your windows system.
It will download installer file and saved on download section of your disk.
Step 2: Install Java 18.0.2
Click to run the downloaded installer file
Just follow steps in the Installer window
Step 3: verification of installer JDK 18 and running sample java program.
Open command prompt, type javac version
to compile and run
javac filename.java to compile and java filename to run
