How do you stay active when you spend most of your day sitting in front of a computer?
In today's vlog, I take you through another office day in Amsterdam while sharing one of the habits that has helped me the most since becoming a software engineer: making time for movement, even after long days of coding.
From commuting to the office, programming, meetings, and lunch with the team, to running after work and talking about why discipline matters more than motivation, this is what a realistic workday looks like for me in the Netherlands.
I truly believe that having a desk job doesn't mean you have to sacrifice your health. Even 30–60 minutes of activity a few times a week can make a huge difference over time.
