GoPro Hero 9 Black vs Hero 8 Black - Video comparison, Worth to upgrade ?

So what I noticed in this video comparison is that GoPro Hero 9 image quality offers a little brighter picture, it doesnt have as much contrast as Hero 8 Black but with all honesty 70% of the footage was quite similar and I really recorded a lot of footage to find the ones with some slight differences and mostly what i noticed the difference is visible when in contrasty situations such as near evening times or when in shades etc, during broad daylight with full sun and clear sky the footage from these two cameras is almost identical.
GoPro Hero 8 Black is a bit more saturated by justa tiny bit and offers slighly deeper shadows and darker blacks, but once again by justa tiny bit and not in all cases.
Which colours do I prefer ? Well if I didnt want to edit my vidoes I would go with Hero 8 Black, but since i prefer to record with Flat colour profile I will play a litle with Hero 9 Black and see what i can get out of it, soon Im planning to shoot a travel video and see what 5k and flat gonna bring to the table :)
