This video shows my Crown of Tempests and Fallen Sunstar Arc 3.0 build that allows you to spam your abilities to your hearts content. I show the aspects for each class as well as the fragments and mods I recommend. I also cover the exact numbers and changes for Ionic Traces and Crown of Tempests. Due to the Arc Resilience changes not being fixed until after this recording, I use the Ketchcrash seasonal activity to showcase the build.
