How to change Cell Selector movement in Excel
In this video, I am going to tell you how we can change the cell selector movement in excel. So generally when we enter some data in excel like I type my name. What will happen, the cursor will move to the next cell in the downward direction. We can change this behavior of excel because most of us generally when we are working in a cell, we don't want the cell to go to downward row, we generally want to edit the same cell. To change this behavior, we can go to File and then go to Options and under Advanced tab, you can see the editing options. The first option is "After pressing enter, move selection". By default, the direction is down. You can uncheck this option and click on OK Button. After disabling it, when you enter anything in cell and press enter, the cursor will not move to the next cell, until we manually move the cursor. Thanks for watching.
