Ahoy rum explorers! Today I'm reviewing this bayou rum, this was a gifted bottle by Wild Cat Distilling. This rum distillery is outside New Orleans and of what you would envision. A single estate, which produces it's own sugar cane syrup to distill and make this very unique rum. All this while going over some important tips I have for you to survive your next rum festival! Learn from my mistakes.
I love sharing rum like this one. Small craft distilling in a state that has so much history. Can we save Louisiana one bottle of rum at a time? I like to hope so.
