Data Modelling In Power BI Course
A short overview of our 2-day Data Modelling in Power BI course. This is the second course in our Power BI learning path after the Foundation course. Data modelling is fundamental to Power BI - a good data model helps us build great visualisations with ease and means that our calculations are consistently correct.
This is a hands-on practical course. We build a Power BI data model step by step, and create visuals after each step to understand our model and check that it works correctly. The course also teaches the theory; it describes an explains the components of a data model: fact, dimension and date tables, relationships, star and snowflake schema patterns.
