ArcMap Tutorial: How to Convert Coordinates to Polygon Features
This video explains how to convert XY values in an excel sheet to polygon features. The excel sheet provides coordinates for corners of a polygon and they are displayed so they can ultimately be connected to form a polygon feature. I used ArcMap 10.7 in this video.
