Let's get started, First of all open your facebook app on your phone, and then go to profile on left bottom corner and after that tap on settings and privacy, and then open settings, the first option on top and then scroll down and find media option, here it is and tap on it and from here you can see under video quality. manage video quality and data you use with these options. Turn on ''data saver'' the second one to lower the resolution for all videos and that's all.
